Return, Refund & Replacement Policy
Rakaz Al Joudah General Contracting (RJGC) provides a clear policy for purchased goods. Rental services are not covered by this page.
Scope
- This policy applies to purchases made on our website or via our sales team.
- Rental/lease agreements are governed by separate terms.
Returns & Refunds
- We do not accept returns after delivery.
- No cash refunds after delivery except where required by applicable law.
Replacements
- You may request a replacement with a similar product of equal value within 7 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.
- Replacement is subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Dead-on-Arrival (DOA)
- If the product arrives damaged or not functioning, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will inspect and provide repair or replacement according to warranty terms.
Fees & Shipping Responsibility
- Customer covers transport costs for replacement requests not due to DOA or our error.
- Rakaz Al Joudah General Contracting (RJGC) covers transport for confirmed DOA or incorrect item shipped.
How to Request
- Contact us within the stated time window.
- Provide order number, photos, and a brief description.
- Wait for an authorization number (RMA) and instructions.
Processing time after receiving the item: typically 5–10 business days.
Exceptions
- Custom-made or special-order items are not eligible for replacement.
- Items showing misuse, modification, or missing parts are not eligible.
